Tired
Tired is a form of feeling bad. It includes 2 specific feelings:
Sleepy
Physical and mental fatigue pulling you toward rest. Your body is heavy, your thoughts are slow, and everything feels like it requires more effort than usual.

Unfocused
A scattered, foggy mental state. You want to concentrate but your attention slips away. Tasks feel harder than they should because your mind won't cooperate.
