Anxious is a form of feeling fearful. It includes 2 specific feelings:
Overwhelmed
The feeling of having too much coming at you at once. Your capacity is exceeded — too many demands, too much information, too many emotions, all at the same time.

Worried
A low-level, persistent unease about something that hasn't happened yet. Your mind rehearses bad outcomes and you feel a gnawing tension.
Valence: -0.5 Arousal: +0.4
