Threatened
Threatened is a form of feeling fearful. It includes 2 specific feelings:
Nervous
A jittery, buzzing unease. Your body is revved up in anticipation of something — butterflies, restless energy, a sense that something is about to happen.
Valence: -0.4 Arousal: +0.5
Exposed
The uncomfortable feeling of being seen or known in a way you didn't choose. Your defences are down and you feel visible, raw, unprotected.
Valence: -0.5 Arousal: +0.3
